Gift them a gift voucher (available in many denominations) then once they've had a look through just let them get in touch to book
Add the amount you would like into the basket and checkout
Your voucher will be sent via email for you to print out at home within 72 hours. Please check your "junk/spam" folder just incase if you do not recieve within this time frame
